【近日】，越南口岸惊现大量走私香烟，试图流入我国境内。此举严重扰乱市场秩序，损害国家税收，引发高度关注。

据悉，走私香烟主要来自越南北部地区，通过边境口岸偷运入境。这些香烟鱼龙混杂，既有假冒知名品牌，也有劣质杂牌，严重威胁消费者健康和安全。

走私香烟之所以猖獗，与越南与我国边境线漫长、地形复杂有关。此外，越南国内烟草管制不严，香烟价格相对较低，也为走私活动提供了便利条件。

“因你安生”（化名）是一名长期从事越南口岸烟货走私的嫌疑人。他在接受采访时表示，“走私香烟利润巨大，成本仅为正规进口香烟的十分之一。”

然而，走私香烟的风险也不低。“安生”透露，边境线管控日益严格，走私分子经常遭遇查处，损失惨重。此外，走私香烟一旦被查获，将会面临巨额罚款和刑事处罚。

面对走私香烟的严峻形势，我国海关、公安等部门采取了多项措施。一是加强边境巡查，加大对走私香烟的查缉力度。二是强化源头打击，联手越南执法部门，严厉打击越南境内的香烟走私活动。三是完善法律法规，提高走私香烟的违法成本。

近些年来，我国打击走私香烟的力度不断加大，收缴了大量走私香烟，打击了一批走私团伙。然而，走私香烟的源头仍然未得到根治，仍有部分不法分子铤而走险。

By implementing these measures, experts believe that the flow of smuggled cigarettes from Vietnam can be significantly reduced, protecting the health of consumers, supporting legitimate businesses, and safeguarding national revenue.
